Stepping On® is a 7-week program that meets two hours a week. It has been researched and proven to reduce falls. Physical Therapists Amanda Volesky and Brianna Gustafson teach ways to help prevent you from falling. Local guest experts will provide additional information on exercise, vision, safety, and medications. The class maximum is 14 people.

This workshop is designed for anyone who:
• Is 65 and older
• Has had a fall in the past year
• Is fearful of falling
• Lives at home
• Does not have dementia
The cost is $10 for the entire series and a snack is provided each week.
